if you were curious how I accomplished that painter style. I used the texture of the paper bag I posted earlier this week. Tweaked up the levers, changed the hue and incress saturation into blue and set the layer to Overlay on the layer option. Overlay does a combination of both Multiply and Screen but can be used to create the illusion of watercolors bleeding into the paper. I use two layers so it can have different contrasting color value in shadows. As you can see the brushes are default photoshop brush stroke with pen pressure on opacity.
